I’m very thankful for the opportunity to have Gretchen as my wellness coach! She has helped me realize that wellness is about much more than losing weight…it’s about making good choices for a healthy lifestyle and discovering strategies that work best for me! We’ve talked about so many things such as managing stress, meal planning, exercise, recipe ideas, and motivation! Goals were set in these areas and Gretchen has always been so encouraging and flexible as we discussed them each session! She is a very positive and kind person and I really enjoy working with her! It feels good to have a coach on the path to a healthy lifestyle!
