We all tend to have our go to snacks. Are chips, crackers, or pretzels frequently on your list? Do you notice what all of these have in common? That’s right, they are mainly carbohydrates (more than likely refined as well which means no fiber and metabolizes more like sugar). In these fast paced days we need to be able to eat on the go.

Hello Monday…Another week has begun. Are you ready? I hope you had a great Valentine’s Day! Mine was eventful this year. We went to celebrate our friends getting married in Florida. It was beautiful and great to see everyone. As I get back to my weekly tasks, I sat down and tried to plan for the week. I got to thinking about cooking and planning.
Weight loss is always such a hot topic. I’ve worked with so many people that get SO discouraged if they don’t see the number on the scale heading in the direction they’d like it to. And I get it, people are working HARD to lose weight! It is discouraging. They are counting so much on seeing that number move to get a sense that
