What’s my MISSION? To help women gain a healthy perspective when it comes to food. To help you learn how to eat properly to best fuel your body and have more energy. I work to help you beat the yo-yo diet cycle for good!
Why? As a working mom myself, I’ve been there- struggling each week to figure out how to make time for exercise, and plan healthy meals. It’s tough being a working mom, not to mention trying to do things for yourself too! (Which we all NEED to be doing!) It is so important, which is why I’m here. I’m on your team. We often know we need to make some changes, but aren’t sure where to start of feel overwhelmed. We want to feel great in our own skin and a good role model for our kids.
Deep down we know we need to stop strict diets, but aren’t sure how to take a different approach. We desperately want to be healthy and have more energy. We NEED someone to check in with, but don’t really want to take time away from our families.

This is where group coaching comes in.
Here’s how it works. In this 5 week program, I post live videos based on various education topics. I assign goals each week and we follow-up with them as a group the following week. This group is held in a private Facebook group so you can view videos at your convince. Catch them live, or view them later after the kids have gone to bed. I ask for your questions and do another live video addressing them each week for the group. I also post various other tips. Group participation is KEY!
