When you think about how much you spend on your health, what comes to mind? Maybe you automatically think about the medications you buy or the cost of healthy foods, but have you ever thought about what you may save if you prevent yourself from living an unhealthy lifestyle?
I want you to also ask yourself a few questions:
- What direction is your health headed right now?
- Do you feel you are at your best health?
- Are there others depending on you to set a healthy example?
Give yourself a little time to think these over. Think about your reasons for investing in you. I encourage you to not only think about what you are spending today, but think about what you can save in quality of life. Keep in mind Wellness Coaching is not a ‘quick fix’ solution. Once you make the decision to make lifestyle changes, you will also no longer be spending money on the latest and greatest health and wellness fad.
