With the New Year approaching, many of us use this as a time to refocus and make health changes. While I’m not a big fan of New Year’s resolutions that we aren’t going to keep, I do think it can be a great time to reevaluate and refocus. I thought I’d share a few of my favorite apps to get off to a great start to the New Year.
Fooducate- Not sure what foods are healthy? Take this App to the store with you, scan barcodes and learn as you go!
HealthyOut- Type in your zip code and it will tell you healthier options at restaurants in the area.
Nike Training- Great for at home workouts that challenge you! I love that they also have differ my levels- beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Headspace- I’ll admit I haven’t used this one a ton, but it is a great way to begin with mediation. This one I need to make a point to use on a regular basis. This may be a goal this year!
aSleep- If you have trouble sleeping- when traveling for example, this is a great white noise app.
