Wellness Coaching is all about helping you make long term behavior changes to improve your overall health.

Wellness Coaching at Gretchen Leigh Wellness provides you with the opportunity to work with a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Health Education Specialist one-on-one. This allows you to have access to a true wellness expert that will help you craft a wellness plan specific to you. The difference between many other diet/health programs and Wellness Coaching, is having the ability to set goals catered to you throughout the time we work together instead of trying to follow a one-size-fits-all template. With Wellness Coaching, we work on the health behaviors you are most ready to work on first. If you need additional guidance, health education, or help deciding where you can find reputable resources, I can provide that too.
