Wellness Coaching is designed to give you one-on-one support while working toward health changing or adapting health behaviors. The goal with coaching is exactly like it sounds- to help guide you along the way. Wellness Coaching is different than working with a personal trainer, coaches help you focus on the changes you are ready to work on instead of telling you what you need to change when. Studies have proven this method to be much more effective than being told what to do. Think about it this way- when you are told to do something and avoid your old habit what happens? We tend to then focus on what we aren’t supposed to be doing! It’s human nature.
