This may be something you don’t often take the time to consider, but we all really should. Studies show that when we define our purpose we are more likely to feel fullfiled, and make healthier choices. Yep I said it, it impacts our health too. Not only does having a purpose reduce our risk for stroke etc, it helps us make healthier choices as well. A purpose gives us something to strive for, it gives us a sense of self-worth.
My purpose- to help as many people as possible lead a healthier, happier, less stressed life. I have a drive to find ways to impact people and help them reach their own goals to make life easier.
So your challenge for today is to take a minute, or more, and really think about what your purpose is. What keeps you going and makes you strive to feel successful? Define your purpose.
